TELL ME THE BASICS

Competition Dojo is a monthly service.  Each month we will send you an Event Description and you will have until the end of the month to upload your results in the provided results form.  Once we have the results we will be keeping a crazy amount of leaderboards, slicing and dicing the results in every way we can think to see where you line up.  That's the basics but we also plan various other events and exciting tournaments along the way.  If you like to compete... join us!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN A PARTICULAR EVENT?

We understand that there may be reasons you really can’t participate in a particular event.  Our Event team works hard to keep things fresh and fun and COMPETITIVE but that does sometimes mean we are going to bring people events that they may not be able to manage.  It could be an injury, lack of equipment, or any number of reasons.  No problem… During each calendar year our subscribers are provided a set number of “Mulligans”.  If you get an event and you can’t make it work, simply select one of your mulligans and we will send an alternative event your way.

WILL I NEED TO SUPPLY MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

Certain events will require equipment to participate.  We are striving to not make this an issue, but we also want to keep things fresh and exciting.  If you need a basketball and don't have one, borrow one?  If you need a bike and don't have one, borrow or rent one?  You always have the option of taking a mulligan, but we are hoping people can get creative.  Again, we will try to keep these needs at a minimum and hope you are willing to stretch a bit for the fun!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Currently there is no fee for individual access.  Our corporate plans do have a fee.  If you are on a corporate plan you will easily be able to find a cancellation link on the web or mobile app under your account settings.  If you are on an annual plan we will refund 50% of your annual fee if you cancel within the first 5 months.  If you cancel after that time no refund will be provided.  If you have any issues with this simply email us at sales@competitiondojo.com

WHAT EVIDENCE OF RESULTS WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE?

When you get your Event Description, it will include a section on what evidence is required.  Most of the time, this will be a picture or a video that you will upload when you submit your results.  We are working to make the evidence easy to provide, but are also doing are best to prevent people from cheating.  If you are still thinking you will be able to cheat, don't sign up.  We don't want you.  No offense, but we have zero tolerance for cheating.  We compete.  Cheating is for people that can't compete.

WHAT IS WITH THE CORPORATE PLAN?

We offer the ability for a company to sign up to allow their employees to compete.  The company purchases the subscription and then each employee that wants to participate is provided a coupon code to enable their subscription.  Each month the employees receive the standard event just like every other competitor.  They can compete as individuals and see where they stand just like anyone else, but in addition, they will get additional leaderboards for their company as a whole and teams that can be formed inside the company.  In addition, they will be able to compare their own company against other companies!  Who doesn't like a little corporate challenge??

WHAT IS THE FUN FACTOR

At Competition Dojo, we love to compete, but we also like to keep things fun and real.  We know not everyone is going to be great at every event so we add a bit of fun as an optional component while you are competing.  These Fun Factors are just recommendations, if you don't choose to participate your ranking in the event competition will not be impacted.  We will have leaderboards for Fun too though, so get creative and enjoy yourself.
