Our Philosophy on Cheating

Cheating... Ugh... Yes, we do understand that for many of the events we will run there will always be ways to cheat. We do require evidence, but sure if someone wants to fake that evidence we are confident they can figure it out.

The bigger question is what kind of pitiful loser is going to cheat at something like this? We would love to think that we are only getting subscribers that are in it for the competition. Win or lose, they just want the chance to compete and see where they stand. There is no million dollar prize at the end of this rainbow. Sure, we are going to have leaderboards and be able to slice and dice comparisons in many ways, but this is for pride folks! (Well, at least initially, it is just for pride, but even if we do get to our awards phase, no one is going to be retiring because they own a Competition Dojo T-Shirt or Hat)

Having said all of that, we are constantly reminded that people could still cheat. Our commitment to our subscribers is we are going to do what we can to prevent cheating. We will also do our best to recognize it and deal with it CLEARLY and QUICKLY if we find it. We have zero tolerance for someone to cheat. If you need to win that bad, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your pitiful ego is not wanted here.
